Gospel singer, Timilehin Ajayi, arrested for murdering his alleged girlfriend, 24-year-old Salome Adaidu, was spotted in court this morning praying to God. He was jn court today for the continuation of his trial over the tragic demise of Salome.

Timileyin was apprehended on January 12 over the m#rder of Salome who was a serving member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), serving at Nicon Insurance in the Nation’s capital, Abuja.

She was murd£red when she visited the suspect at his house in the Papalana axis at New Karshi in Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.

He was nabbed while trying to d!spose her body which he had ch*pped into bits.

When he was interrogated, he said he has no remorse for his action. He claimed she was always cheating on him.

Gunmen kill man, kidnap wife 13 days after wedding

Gunmen suspected to be Fulani bandits, on Wednesday night, shot a newly-wedded man and kidnapped his wife to unknown destination in a Nasarawa community.

An eyewitness said that the assailants invaded the home of the newly-wedded couple at about 11 p.m. They shot the man and abducted the wife.

The incident took place at Akaleku village in Obi Local Government Area along Lafia/Makurdi Highway.

Mr. and Mrs Alu Anzaku wedded on April 12, barely two weeks ago. They may have been in their honeymoon, when assailants descended on their home.

According to the complaint, at least 85% of staff were placed on administrative leave this month, and some 2,000 members of the National Civilian Community Corps were informed they would be dismissed early. Notices sent to grantees cited a shift in agency priorities.⁠

The White House defended the move by citing $40 million in improper payments attributed to documentation and coding errors. “President Trump has the legal right to restore accountability to the entire Executive Branch,” said Deputy Press Secretary Anna Kelly. ⁠
