Edward Coristine, a 19-year-old Department of Government Efficiency aide who used the alias “Big Balls,” resigned Monday following White House adviser Elon Musk’s departure, according to The Hill. A White House official confirmed Coristine’s exit, and WIRED reported that his government email account is no longer active.
Coristine attended high-level meetings involving DOGE, Treasury, Commerce, and military operations during his time at the digital agency. He previously founded Tesla.Sexy LLC and briefly worked at Neuralink. He told Northeastern University’s student paper he would not return to school after working with Musk.
Coristine had previously been dismissed from an internship at Path Network for allegedly leaking information to competitors, Bloomberg reported.
