As I prepared for this Floral Friday, I wanted to create an arrangement that represented Good Friday.
Good Friday, isn’t necessarily the happiest of days. In fact, it’s the darkest day our world has marked in history. What makes it “Good” is the “Why.” Why was it the darkest day? Why the dark colors? Why do we even call it “Good” if it really wasn’t?
It’s good because Sunday is coming. Our Jesus who was mocked, whipped, bruised, beaten, nailed, and killed, offered His life as a sacrifice for our eternal life. His wounds, blood shed, and body broken, paid a price. US. You and I have been set free because God loves YOU.
The darkest day, was the greatest act of love.
Jesus, thank you for the cross. You didn’t have to go through with this but you did. You chose us. You call us yours. You love us so deeply. Thank you Lord. We love you🤍
Sunday is coming!!!
